Question by t: What type of savings account can I get the most return from?
I have a couple grand that I would like to put into a savings type account and earn some interest from. I only want to put it in a saving type of account for a year. What would be the best type of account to put it in to get the best interest return? When I take it out after a year, will I get taxed on it ?

Also, if they do, at what price would it cost to upgrade to premium economy on the departure day for an international flight, such as Sydney to LA. Thanks.

If there are seats available in Business Class, they may allow you to buy an upgrade. However it depends on the type of economy class ticket you bought. There are some types of economy class tickets that have a higher price you have to pay in order to upgrade. I suggest you ask the ticket counter agent when you check-in.
