Question by james c: What sort of savings account would be best for me in the future?
What is the best account if I am looking for a high interest rate, in which I can add monthly? Would it be best to have two separate accounts? For example a one year CD and a normal savings account, from which you can add to the CD annually, or is there a different type of account that would be better in investing in that situation?

Question by Stacie P: Should we have a licensed broker handling our investments?
Currently our financial planner handles our investments. We don’t pay him any fee but assume he is paid “on the other end”. Is it in our best interest to switch to a licensed broker?

It is best to switch to a “fee for service” financial planner. While it may cost you more out of pocket, a fee for service broker is much less likely to steer you towards high commission investments over other investments which may be better suited for you.

Question by americanmalearlington: How realistic is saving 0 billion on Medicare Fraud a source of revenue?
I think the Dems ran out of revenue sources so they duplicated in this bill the same fraud savings included in past bills. I wonder if the Medicare people budgeted that same 0 billion.
