Is introducer ( introduction signature)necessary to open account in APCOB in hyderabad INDIA. If all the address proof and Id proof is correct , Can account be opened with the help of above prooves in the bank?

Open Question: Is that a procedure in state bank of hyderabad?

I opened an account in SBH 2 years ago but just a month before I applied for internet banking, they told me that “u will be able to make transactions only after 6 months”, now my account is at enquiry level but not transaction.

My anut got the facility of transaction just after she got her ID and password in SBI account.
