I statred my career as a layman in a liquor industry so I am not very good in calculating as I havent got any such practice also so i want to know how can i calculate my distributurs ROI on both monthly and yearly basis as for example if he goes for my product where his invoice value will be around Rs 15,00,000 with 13% margin given to him on per consignment so how will i take out his ROI as he will take around 500 cases (12 bottle per case) and one bottle will cost him around Rs 240 which he will sale to retail at Rs 300
