X a regd. dealer in M.P asks Y a regd. dealer in U.P to supply goods to his customer Z a regd. dealer in A.P directly and bill the same on X CST@2% against form C and subsiquently X sends his bill to Z adding his profit and CST @2% against form C in absence of Ei &Eii forms. Is it a valid transaction where the goods are moving directly from AP to UP without moving via MP.
