Open Question: Income tax return for 2010-11?

I want to fill Income Tax return for 2010-11 year through online e-filling. But according to my form-16 it is shown that i m defaulter and i have to pay 2000 rs more for this year. I m Central Govt. employee and my tax Deducted from salary.Tell me how to pay this amount through e-filling and wats the procedure?
