who is the authority to whom we can get the details about the building materials that india import every year
I had the following concerns before filing this year’s return
1. How to declare BFLA : For the current year my interest on home loan was 1.41Lakhs. Also in 2005-06 the interest paid was Rs62000. Now since i can claim 20% of the 2005-06 payment each year. I had claimed 20% of 62000 also this year.
a. Now, how do i enter these values in BFLA section of ITR-2.
b. Is there any other condition that i need to be aware of. I did not declare Rs62000 as the paid interest in 2005-06 ITR. So can i still carry forward that loss
2. I paid about Rs1.8Lakhs as home loan interest in 2008-09. Now since the limit of rebate is only Rs1.5lakhs. I wanted to clarify if i can carry forward the differential loss
(ie. Rs1.8lakhs – Rs1.5lakhs = Rs30000) in the following years.
