Well I was wondering…if Bill Gates has to pay for something annualy(let’s say a car) and the price he must pay is 8 billion $. He could ? or is impossible even for him?

Open Question: insurance premium is very high for new driver who are age below 25?

My son age 23 passed full UK driving test and I wanted to add his name in car insurance policy so I phone them and I enquire about the policy and I was just surprised when they said he has to pay£3000
I feel very shame on them it means they are discouraging young drivers or it means may be below age 25 should not get UK’s full driving licence
