I am thinking of putting money in chid plans from LIC. I am already maintaining PPF A/c from last 4 years. My target is good corpus amount after 10-15 years. So should I opt for child plans or put all money intoo PPF only ?
News I heard is:
Prices of residential flats are likely to go up by 4% from 01-Jun-2010.
The latest Union Budget had imposed a 3% service tax on builders, while the state would impose VAT of 1% on a flat’s price.
Does anyone know more details on this, especially those who bought a flat from the builder and going to register the flat after June or July 2010?

But he graduated from Arts background. Should he undergo some other technical(finance related) training also, in order to make the CV more attractive?
