Open Question: How can I transfer the land allotted to me by Haryana Govt. to my son-in-law?

I was allotted 100 yard plot by the Govt. of Haryana, India 40 years back. I have only daughter. My son-in-in law looks after me. I am 70 plus and want to transfer the land to my son-in-law or daughter. There is possiblity that some of my relative may create some trouble after me. I want that my son-in-law/daughter do not face any problem with legal documents after me.
