I need some clarification regarding sending money to USA and to receive money from usa

that is we are to start some business here with the investment of USA .Small investment around 30000$ like that

Which type of account should be taken in India banks so that there wont be any problem in future. Does banks object if we receive this payment or there is any other way to do this. What is best way.We only receive investment amount not every month.so what is the best way and cheap way..

And other than ways( paypal,westernuion,moneygram,xoom, and others ways) what is the best way to receive bulk payment from usa with less service charge

And also what is best way to send money from India to USA monthly.
