The ninth bipartite of PSU banks has been completed recently.We got great salary structure.Our salary is less than rail,central and state governments,postal,teachers,colliery and every other PSUs.The central and state has grade pay which increases their basic.The other PSUs has at least 40 percent allowances on their basic.we have none.
India is a poor country.So our leaders have made us poorest compared to other employees .This is for maintaining equilibrium in our society.So this is a great achievement on their part.
Our leaders feed on our contribution and working so nicely for us.I think we should send our arrear payments to them and distribute it among them like we distribute bread among dogs.That would be our greatfullness for their great achivement.

i wz in london 2 months back and was in a BDM role..now i have done a course in sqlserver n would be lookin for a reporting analyst role. in the meanwhile i have landed up a job in india for a BDM position for 55k+..i am comfused..shld i luk for a job in UK or join here only…plz help..

The Computer and IT engineers do some courses on Java or .NET and get into the IT industry. Similarly what courses or certifications are there that assures to get a job, can an electronics & telecommunication engineer do ?
