I owned 2 credit cards one of 3.5 lacs and another of 1.6 lacs. Now i am not able to pay both the amount. I am senior citizen of the India. When my business was great , then i was paying them 50k per month installment. Due to Stock market break up i lost my business. Now recovery people harassed me a lot and my family also. What can i do now? Should i approach to consumer court. Actually bank people also abussing me.

i have 15years experiance in garment industry & i ahve a good stuff & grip in my mkt & dealer network in punjab.i do some thing for others. but in job icuold not spend time for that all.
