My brother Mr. Y.Pradeep has tried to withdraw amount through Andhra Bank ATM at Bharat Nagar Branch. Hyderabad. At first instance, Rs.10,000 was drawn and next time tried for withdrawing a sum of Rs.10,000/-, an error in the code was displayed. But the amount of Rs.20,000/- was mentioned as drawn erroneously. The same has been intimated to the concerned official of both Andhra Bank & SBI on the same day itself. Y.Pradeep is having account at SBI, SVU Branch, Tirupati. The actual amount drawn by him is Rs.10,000/- only. The another amount of Rs.10,000/- as mentioned “drawn” has not received through the ATM. The related receipts have been submitted to the SBI, SVU Branch Tirupati for further crediting of Rs. 10,000/- in to his account.He has submitted a complaint with SBI Tirupati on 19.12.09 and all required documents have been submitted. But till date, the amount has not been credited in to his account.
