I completed my MBA with HR and Marketing as Specialization(Fresher). My aim is to get a Hr related jobs but i could not find any,the jobs i found also gone in the hands of experienced people.Im getting Marketing jobs but im not interested to it.Now my question is im waiting for so long to get a hr job so instead of sitting idle im planning to go into BPO jobs. Is that decision is right. Will that help me too get a good career or it will worsen the situation?
