Engineers? Questions about the field please?
Hello
I am going into civil engineering at concordia montreal and i am wondering if i should still go into this field because i hear their are no jobs…. ?

1) How hard is the program is it true you lose your entire social life? like how many hours of work outside of class?

2) Whats the job of a civil or structural or building engineer like what does it entail what do you do?
3) Are their a lot of jobs out their throughout the world and what does the pay start like?
4) I’m going to a university thats like the second class one in montreal compared to mc gill does it make that much of a difference in the long run ?
