We had a single floor house. My father planned to make first floor & made a gift deed to me. My brother is a lawyer & he drafted another gift deed & my father signed on it where it is written Ground Floor + 40% of First Floor + First Floor Roof Right.
My question is when my father already gifted the first floor then the same property can he gift again. If it all he does it without knowing , how to sort out the issue?
