The price being offered is INR 1499/sqft. For a location that is 75 kms away from chennai, this seems to be quite high. However, the infrastructure promised seems too good to be true. Over all it leaves one uneasy as the background of the promoter, Mr. Reddy, was questionable sometime back. I would appreciate feedbacks on the project based on facts and from people who have bought property there to help me take the correct decision.
