Open Question: Whether a NRI ( still holding Indian citizenship ) has rights to buy agricultural land in India?

I am a non resident Indian but still holding Indian citizenship. Do I have rights to by agricultural land in India even though if I don’t have any agricultural background ( myself or any of my ancestor does n’t own any agricultural land ). Quick anwer is appreciated.

Open Question: Can you rent an apartment in Iowa with theft on your record?

I have this on my record, currently going though court. Im in the process of looking for an apartment, and was wondering…I know some places here in Iowa (i specifically live in cedar rapids) they do background checks on people who want to apply to live at the apartments. Do they check for misdemeaners? Please help.
