I lost my credit card October 2009, i found that it was lost when i need to pay end of October and used my ID to pay for Oct and Nov and they said they’ve blocked the other card number, they gave me a new card with a new card number but same account number.December i paid did not check the current balance but this year Jan the current balance was R4222.00 I saw it when i was paying, but my max credit limit is R650.00 (first card acc), My last purchase was on Oct 2009, but there are purchases which were made with the lost card number which was blocked. PLEASE HELP!
