Hi, I am in the process of signing a NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON DISCLOSURE & WORKING AGREEMENT and there is a clause there on arbitration – I remain a bit confused as the State of California seems to be the main centre and the clause further states other countries but not India. Can you please tell me if India has an international arbitration centre – If not then which is the closest country that can play venue to this. Kindly give me multiple options if India is not part of the ICA.
